Can I request payment after the proposal has been sent?

Yes. You don't have to decide at the moment you send the proposal.

There are three ways to request payment:

• In full when you send the proposal — the payment itself confirms the deal
• Later in the project — for an outstanding amount along the way
• On a change order — additional work can carry its own payment request
